There are 2 in here that have panko (bread crumbs), but those can easily be swapped for crushed pork rinds.
I have also used my crockpot to make spinach cheese dip and then brought it with pork rinds and celery.1 -
I love doing dips but the crackers always get me. that is a good idea doing pork rids insteadcstehansen wrote: »https://www.facebook.com/officialgoodful/videos/1666644846739308/?autoplay_reason=all_page_organic_allowed&video_container_type=0&video_creator_product_type=0&app_id=1540383396256953&live_video_guests=0

I haven't tried any yet, but have been wanting to make a pasta-less pasta salad using cauliflower in place of the pasta.2

Radishes are very similar to potatoes when cooked and very low carb. You could make a great potato salad with them with bacooooooon!3

Caprese salad is a good choice ...

My wife and I were invited to a get together Sunday evening and she thought making something like the "Spiralized Zucchini Pesto Salad" she recently got at Houlihan's might be a good option. Here is a link to their menu so you can see what is in it.

My "go to" is almost always just a pork tenderloin (or 2) as an appetizer. I marinate it, throw it on the grill at home for 20-30 minutes, slice it up and put it on a plate with a little thingy of brown mustard or dipping sauce. Done. It's good warm or cold. I never have to bring any home. Gone.2
