Last couple of weeks have been a struggle for me. I have barely lost any weight. This week was shark week so that may be the cause for not losing. Past weeks, I have been trying to trigger some of my mishaps. I had wine, strawberries, light amount of peanuts, and condiments that may have been high in carbs. Any advice ?

Alcohol for sure stalls me out. I read that while you metabolize it you can't burn fat too. I hope you find out the reason! Stalls drive me nuts. But also, I lose super slowly with lots of scale bounces up and down so I always have to wait at least two weeks before I figure out if my body is just rearranging the furniture in there or actually stalled out.

All I can say is that I have been wanting to lose a few more pounds for about 2 years now and the scale just doesn't play my game. I have continued to lose fat though. I'm sure you've seen my pics I post them way too much. So I'll spare us all today.
But, the real point is you must take photos to look for body changes because the scale will not and cannot show you with consistency if you're still losing fat.
I'm 2 pounds heavier than I was in September 2015 after losing 25 pounds in 4 months but I'm a full size smaller in pants. I did work out some but with no consistency and it never lasted more than a few weeks before I was back to my lazy ways. Lol

The only other thing I could suggest is to evaluate your total intake to see if you're eating too much overall. You already know how that works so I don't say it to insult your intelligence. Just maybe you're getting more of something here and there than you think. But even without that, you can still be losing fat without losing scale weight. Especially if you don't have a whole lot left to lose.
You could try a day a week of protein sparing modified fasting. That's something I haven't tried yet but plan to at some point.

@LizinLowell,that helps. I did figure no more alcohol and nuts! My first round of keto went so well, now getting back into it is going a bit differently. I know that I just have to be patient. I appreciate your advice:)

Yeah, you kind of have to test amounts of certain foods because while I can have a few nuts each day, if I have more than a few then my weight and waist line begin to increase even if I'm still hitting my macros. Alcohol can do the same thing. You just have to find the right balance for you. :)
