My SMART Goal

My SMART goal for the next two weeks is to go the gym 4 times a week and do at least 2 HIIT workouts a week. This may be difficult with the 4th of July being in there but that will be the obstacle to overcome!

    My SMART goal for the next two weeks is to track my food intake and manage it at least 4 times.

    My SMART goal for the next two weeks is to work out 3 times a week and do 2 spins classes :)

    My SMART goal is to work out 7 times before work in the two weeks. So far on track to reach the goal.
