Don't forget - Wellness Tracking!
If you have not been tracking your points, please give an update by day in the discussion on wellness tracking. You can just give a basic count by day. This will help us have the accurate amount and make sure we don't miss any points by the end of the month!
Welcome to the 2018 Commit 2 Be Fit Challenge!
Please take the time to get familiar with how to track your food, water, and exercise. If you have any questions, please reach out to Sarah Ernst or myself, Kat Armstrong.

If I am having a 'weak' day and need something that maybe isn't great for me, I just make sure I do it within my feeding period.…
