What to do with my phone whilst running?!

I'm five weeks in, and did have it in a pocket of a waterproof, but now it's warming up and I'm in a t shirt I'm not sure what to do (my jogging bottoms don't have pockets). Do the arm band things really work (my phone is quite big)?
I would appreciate knowing how everyone else manages, thank you!

Some people like the armband but I can't see myself strapping my huge phone to my arm lol. They make a couple of different belts you can put your phone in though. Heres some links: https://www.amazon.com/FlipBelt-Original-Designed-Shipped-Warranty/dp/B012CW3122

I bought shorts/leggings with zip pockets. When I got an upgrade and my new phone was too big, I got a belt:

Also good for taking water on longer runs.1 -

I set my app and music, make sure no one is around to see me, and then stick it in my sports bra.5

I using a tiny fanny pack for my phone and keys.1

I use a flip belt for phone and keys. I could fit an iPhone 6 and now a HTC 10 in without a case1

I just got a flip belt and Bluetooth headphones. I love them both!0

I bought a running belt from the supermarket.0

The arm bands really work. I've bought 2 now (bigger iPhone wouldn't fit in the old one). If you are going to run with an arm band or a fit belt, and you want to listen to music, I cannot recommend wireless headphones enough! I have some cheap mpow cheetah headphones (from Amazon) that I love!0

I've got a pretty big phone, and the armbands aren't actually that bad. It seems like the big size would bother you but it hasn't ever been annoying for me. The one downside is that, with some larger phone cases, you can't use an armband without taking your phone out of its case first.1

I use an armband too, but I'm intrigued by the flip belt - I never heard of that before. Off to Amazon to take a look!0

I use a flip belt and Bluetooth headphones. It fits my iPhone 6s, key fob and an id or chap stick. I also use it when I go to festivals or parks and don't have pockets. I love that thing!0

I bought myself a Nathan belt a couple months ago. It's meh. My phone almost worked it's way out a few times. Luckily, I was switching songs on my phone and found out before I had a mishap.0

I like the flip belt. I bought one based on recommendations here last week I can put my phone and pepper spray in it. Plus I don't have to take my phone out of the case and can easily gain access to it when needed.
