Calories and Macros

Hey guys! I'm Heather and I'm new to Keto. I have been eating very low carb but high protein low fat for the past 6 months and have lost 65 lbs. I'm down 139.2 lbs total in the past 8 years. I had lap-band, which I don't recommend doing. I had my band removed and revised to a sleeve in December because of gigantic complications. Still, the way I am losing is diet plus 12-15 hours weekly of exercise. I just started keto because it is similar to what I was doing, but waaaayyyyy more fat. Now for my question:
Are any of you concerned with calories at all? Or just macros? I am at 60%fat, 25%protein, and 10% carbs. Is that good?

Thanks!
Heather

I'd personally recommend adjusting your macros
    P 35%
    C40%
    F 25%

I think 60% fat is a good starting point but since you're not used to it maybe be flexible on the macros. They're always adjustable. Some folks go much higher on the fat and drop others accordingly. By the way, the macro numbers you listed don't add up to 100%. My macros are currently set at 60/25/15, for comparison.
