@120maggie A 20 calorie Fireball is just fine. Unless, like me and chips, it just triggers eating 160 calories of Fireballs or chips.

    Pass #1

There was pizza and root beer floats at work today. I only had the pizza. I went to a book club meetup for the first time today . It was really fun but I hadn't accounted for all the drinks.

Sorry that I've not been on, today's my first time logged my food and my first time to be under 1200 kcal. Didn't get a chance to exercise, but I am ready to be on track. Hope you don't mind me startinf late.

    Yes, yes, yes.
Went for a half hour jog with a friend and packed a picnic lunch for the park instead of eating out. So far staying on track on vacation has been smooth, but 6 more days to go.

No I'm good with one fireball. Chips are fine with me too but I never eat them cuz why bother. BUT kept those dark chocolate almonds out of sight
