I upped my weight training this week and was concerned that it would mean no loss this week so I'll take 1lb for now3 -
Missed out posting for a few weeks but I'm back!
Starting weight: 175lbs (17 March 2017)
Goal weight: 140lbs
Last weeks weight: 160lbs
Current weight: 161lbs
Change this week: +1lbs
Overall loss: - 14lbs2 -
I'm on vacation still (returning tomorrow ) so unable to weigh in this week - no scale at this place. But, I've been walking a ton, doing my C25K, and logging when I remember. I have not limited myself on all the yummy foods while on vacation, so it'll be interesting to see if I've continued to maintain while away or not. I'll update next week with *hopefully* a loss! Fingers crossed!3

First week so I'm chalking some of that to water weight and being more diligent with food choices. But definitely better than the last few months of trying random dieting techniques and not lasting a week!3 -
