    @aeshippers You have been going hard non stop with your exercise for a long while now. Maybe a rest day would do you more good than harm. Thoughts?

    Yes
    Yes
    and Yes, lol.

    1223 calories burnt, 35 min jog, 35 min cross trainer and a nice walk with the woofies, not to mention a walk into town and back as daughter had an opticians appoint' today.

    Only just under my 1200 calorie limit of 1199, lol - I bet I can't do that one again!

    @RangerRickL - lovely sentiment.

    Exercise: 1 hour 25 min 6 miles trail run with the dog and 40 min yoga
    Calories: Yes..under. Despite my hunger!
    Tracked: Everything
    30 day yoga challenge: 9 done
    Miles: 31.5 for the month
    Lesson learned: Find a decent fuel option to take on runs, maybe dried fruit or something. For some reason my blood sugar dropped 2 miles in. I eat oatmeal in the morning when knowing I'm going to run. I had a gel on me and took that to even out. Ended up finishing the 6 miles.

    @trixsey1 EAT THAT CALORIE!! :D

    3 x yes. Got in 35 minutes of exercise, plus about 20 minutes cleaning. Doing well, feeling positive. However, I've been dealing with some dizziness the past two days. I'm sure it's nothing, but doesn't feel that nice. Enjoy your Sunday evening, all.

    Really busy day today. Started with an hour run. Didn't really feel like going this morning but forced myself and struggled to start with but was feeling really good by the end.
    Well done on this! I've heard it said the hardest part of any run is the distance between the doorway to the letterbox!

    Everyone is different but if this helps - my Flatmate was an ultra marathon runner. She used to fuel up beforehand with a tablespoon of peanut butter. For her energy during runs she actually ate boiled sweet potato
