Tried fathead pizza dough for the first time....

what a great fix for shark week! I made it at work so I got to cook it in a stone, wood burning pizza oven... amaze!

First and only time I've made FatHead pizza, it made me sleepy, just as if I'd eaten the leaded "real" thing... Seemed to be related to excess calories, perhaps. I've shied away from almond flour & cheese based goods since, but about to try a different and simpler recipe to test he theory.0
