How often do you weigh yourself ? I've limited myself to once or twice a week.

    I've been weighing everyday and tracking it in the app Monitor Your Weight. Its got a graph that predicts when you will reach your goal weight and I like seeing that :).

    Almost everyday. I log it in my fitbit app which I linked with this app. It helps when I'm dropping but since I've been at a standstill the past 2.5 weeks, im getting discouraged. Im debating on changing it to only once/week

    About once a day. It keeps me motivated and starts my day in the right mind set.

    I weigh most days and use happy scale, which also tracks moving average and breaks your goal into 10 mini goals.
