    Welcome back @SuperCarLori !
Just a few questions for you since you have insight to going to the other side and being back again.
    1) What made you get off track?
    2) How long were you off track?
    3) What off track foods were you eating? (Sweets, breads, etc.)
    4) How long have you been eating low carb?
    5) And last and most important...was it worth it?

    Thank you! Okay.

    1) The holidays played the biggest part, and eating some sugary carbs led to a full relapse.
    2) Let's see, I kept trying to get back, so I'm going to go with around four months? Five months?
    3) Everything carb. I have a sweet tooth, so lots of sugar.
    4) Total? About eight months. That includes the past.
    5) Yessss. It was worth seeing just how wrong my thinking was. It was worth it to now have a better understanding of my eating disorder. That knowledge is worth more to me than fat loss. And I have better weapons because of it.

@SuperCarLori I thought there might be a medical reason there... My mom is bipolar but has been stable on meds for many years. For her, the meds work well. Everyone is different, of course. Do what's right for you, we're right there with you. <3
