I started the 30 day postpartum slimdown today. It seems like an awesome program. The workouts are all under 30 minutes and designed to really ease back into working out. It is free on YouTube and has a printable calendar with a suggested schedule. The YouTube channel is 'Moms Into Fitness'. Anyone want to do it with me?

Sounds great! So you're already cleared to exercise ? I have at least 2 more weeks to wait. I had a c section 4 1/2 weeks ago. I've been sneaking in a little yoga here and there at home.0

I will be cleared to exercise next Wednesday. After that I'm all in. I used to walk like a mad woman but it's been too hot here or rainy on the cooler days so can't take lo out0

I still have 2ish weeks before cleared, but I will join you when I can. I love calendar workouts and I've never done that one before, so it sounds good to me!0
