Thanks for the best LCHF 12 minute promo I have ever seen that drives home how well it can work to restore broken people like myself. I was only 250 pounds but due to the pain and arthritis my mobility was decreasing to the point I needed help to get out of a car or truck.4

Assuming they liked that "documentary," then I would guess they were fans of Forks over Knives. If so, here is some good reading on that one:
