I didn't weigh in last week so this was over two weeks ago since I checked in. My bad.
Not too worry if I see a last week weight for a week someone hasn't weighed in I'll go back and add it to the progress sheet. Don't be so hard on yourself a vacation is a time when you're supposed to relax, not be stressing about your weight. Sounds like your choices weren't as bad as you think - maintaining your weight is all the proof you need of that. Weight loss around life not the other way around!2 -

I am discouraged by my low weight loss this week. I feel like I worked harder than my numbers show, but I'm happy to have brought my total weight loss over 10 pounds! I'm hoping to see bigger losses next week.2 -

If you've been working out hard your body is probably retaining fluid for muscle repair it's totally normal not to see big loss every week, try not to be too discourages. Patience and accuracy are the two most important things when it comes to weight loss ☺0 -
