I've broken through my plateau and have passed up my goal weight for this challenge in the first week! This challenge certainly helped me to start logging everything again. Thank you!

Slowly but surely with the scale but I've been able to hit my FitBit goals since we began!0 -

GW by 9/4: under 140lbs
GW by 10/4: under 134lbs
GW by 11/4: under 129lbs

My ideal GW is between 118-123 lbs0 -
