I live in Utah .. it's a holiday weekend for us.
Days of 47... we celebrate it just like the 4 th of July.

What kind of yummy light foods are your favorite to make or eat on the 4 th of July?

I love watermelon

    Ivwould have to say watermelon as well. I love it frozen or just out the refrigerator.

    Watermelon is one of my favorites also along with frozen grapes. Never tried frozen watermelon - have to give it a try!

    Frozen fruit are my faves no guilt sweet treats.

    Sometimes I stir it in Greek yogurt if I want something creamy.

    I do want to try making those protein energy balls this weekend.
