bedtime snack ideas?

I am 4weeks in and getting a little temped to cheat. I am getting more daring with my cheese and nuts and I have been warned about this. I get hungry at bedtime and wonder what I can eat. I always want almond butter or cheese.
I noticed if I have more than 20 carbs a day my body starts craving bad stuff. Such a vicious circle.
Any sweet tooth snacks before bed ideas?

    Halo Top ice cream is really great. It's about 4-5 grams of sugar per 1/2 cup serving.

    Don't forget about net carbs.
    Insoluble fiber is your friend. So is soluble fiber, but more so the former.
    If you absolutely must snack, I would question the following:
    * Your fat to protein intake ratio
    * How many carbs you are taking in each day
    * When you are taking in your carbs
    * How you stagger your feedings throughout the day
    * Whether or not you are eating enough throughout the day in the first place, don't starve yourself. Starvation isn't fasting, and it is very counter productive. Eat enough a the right times.

    Each person has a different way of doing these things for optimal states, so I would recommend that before you snack, you look at the list above and inventory how you are going about this. You really shouldn't ever be hungry.
