How do stay on only 20-25g of carbs? I'm always far more than that and it has started to get frustrating :-(
Some people can tolerate quite a lot of carbs and still remain in ketosis. I can do up to 30 carbs but at 50 carbs, I might get kicked out especially if I continue to eat carbs. | What is your max carbs?
