I'm already done with day two making a morning yoga session for 20 minutes. And yoga by the beach would be an amazing experience, especially when no people are around0

Agree about yoga on the beach - I would also feel too exposed with people around, but it would be lovely to do it in a hidden cove beach

I already picture you doing yoga on that beautiful beach (with killer waves 
) You can do as much (or as little) as you want, the ultimate goal is to stay committed
