Exercise~ yes: 30 min stretching, 30 minute cycling video, and I am doing an Ab Challenge for this month and today's crunch goal was 30 which was a snap. Oh, and threw in 20 push-ups just for good measure.
Tracking~yes, everything tracked. Hot here today so I had 22 cups of water! Tried Tilapia today for the 1st time. I liked it!
Calories~ under by about 200. I have been eating fairly close to goal at this stage of maintenance. I had a hard time raising the calories at first without gaining weight, but since I started Strong Curves, my calories have gone up and up some more without weight gain.
As a side note, I was all in a stir today because I had to bring my exercise indoors on a beautiful day. There was a horrific crime committed in my neighborhood yesterday and there are still 3 perps on the loose. Did not feel safe going out walking by myself. I live in a beautiful nice neighborhood, but like so many, we have an opiate/heroin epidemic running amok.
Goals for this Month
stay in Maintenance Range of 128-132 lbs. This may have to be re-evaluated because although my weight has been steady, things are shifting around and my clothes are all falling off.
4 Strong Curves workouts/week (last month was 3) and complete weeks 5-8
yoga every Sunday (mostly for my sanity)
Do not give in to stress eating when my oldest son returns to college 3,000 miles away at the end of the month!
Enjoy every minute of the beautiful sunshine (w/ sunscreen of course) that we have left! Fall comes soon to WA.6 -

Hello all.
My 1st day is also a pass day.
An excellent weekend at Atlas Festival https://www.facebook.com/events/703141053172113/ and then today I met up with my sister in Whitby for drinks and a long overdue catch-up. My discipline is terrible if I drink, and since this is not my usual behaviour I let myself off somewhat. I will forgive myself and focus on getting back on track today.

@RangerRickL I have a Sorrel Quarter Horse! I log my riding time but as you know grooming, hosing, tacking up, putting tack away definitely is work LOL4

August 1:
Started the month off on the wrong foot. Ran intervals in the morning for 35 minutes and did a total of 97 minutes of walking. Did my plank after the run as well. Tracked everything and finished the day 74 calories too high. Pass #1.3 -
