These chocolate peanut butter fat bombs are actually quite tasty...
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Melt together, pour into ice cube trays, and freeze4 -
Another easy idea that was also pretty tasty...
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Lay out slices of provolone cheese
Put a slice of salami on each one
Bake in oven at 325
(I just watched it... I think it was about 15 min)
Even my 2 year old loved these!2 -
Another of my favorites...
1/2 container of plain Greek yogurt (check carbs, some are higher than others)
1/4 c walnuts or pecans
3 blackberries or 1 strawberry cut up very small
Mix it all together... yum!2 -
Another easy snack...
Bake salami slices (about 10 min at 300)
Spread cream cheese between 2 slices
Yummy!3 -
Most of your "salami" hacks work great with pepperoni slices, too...especially making pepperoni "chips" to dip into, well, anything!5

Some of my faves:
Garlic, parm, butter "zoodles" -- 2 spiraled zucchini,
• 2 clove, Garlic, raw
• 1 dash, Salt
• 1 cup(s), Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
• 4 Tbsp, Organic Salted Butter
--After you spiral veggies, generously add salt and let sit in colander for 20 mins, rinse then pat dry w/paper towel. Melt butter/garlic in pan and sauté for 4-5 min on med/high heat.
Crockpot "Coconut citrus shredded chicken (think TACOS!)
3 cloves, Garlic, raw
0.50 cup(s), Chunky Salsa (Mild) • 2 lime (2Tbsp), Juice of Lime
4 tbs, Premium Taco Seasoning
1.50 tbsp, Organic virgin coconut oil unrefined
2 lb(s), Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.25 cup(s), Chicken Stock
Throw in crockpot, depending on temp/behavior of said crockpot, 6-8 hours, shred w/forks. Have for tacos, in a salad. We usually add 1/2 oz shredded cheese, 1 TBS sour cream and additional 1 TBS salsa over a bed of spinach! YUM!
And one of my fave super quick meals, avocado on, anything! OR alone, stuffed with eggs; speaking of eggs, Deviled eggs w/bacon on top!
....Now I'm ready to go home & EAT!
EDIT: I realize "6-8 hours" is not quick per say, but it's quick to throw together then walk away!

One of my fav's is mix 2 cups heavy whipping cream and 1 box of sugarfree banana pudding - stick in the fridge for a few min to chill and yum!!! Tastes just like the real banana pudding. Of course I only eat this when I need to up my fat for the day.4
