I had a rough few days, lots of parties and too many carbs and sugar. Today is water and back on track. How was you week? Struggles? Successes?

    Wrong direction this week. Ankles are puffy this morning, so hopefully just water weight. Still need to get more movement in. Onward to next week!

    Good morning all,

    I lost 1.6 lbs this week. I'm very happy with that. I rolled back one day but got right back on track - so that's big progress for me.

    Lots of challenges in the coming week: I have 2 of my grandkids visiting now and, on Thursday, my son and his family arrive for a week. All of a sudden, I'm doing meal prep for 8 rather than 2 - and we'll be at the cottage so everyone will be in vacation mode. But I have a PLAN!! So, here's hoping for the best.

    Here are my stats:
    MFP SW - 240
    CSW - 203
    CGW - 188
    UGW - 140ish

    Week 1: 202.2
    Week 2: 200.6

    Total loss for this Challenge: 2.4 lbs
    Still to go: 12.6 lbs
