Mini Goal Challenge Week of Aug 7th to 13th

    @Hearts_2015 that is sad about kitty. Hope she is better soon.

    Update as of Friday morning:
    1) Track and be green (4/6)
    2) Meditate in the morning (4/6)
    3) No alcohol on 3 weekdays (3/3)
    4) Add a new weekly workout (0/1)

    Tomorrow I commit to a new workout class!!

    I hear you on reducing alcohol intake. For me, even a 12 oz. can of Heineken interferes with my hunger cues.And the day after taking alcohol, I feel more hungrier inexplicably than normal. So yeah I haven't had alcohol since June 30, 2017. And even though it hasn't been that long, I'm realizing that I don't need to drink.

    2) 6000 step goal - 4/4
    3) 10 min housework 2 days - 0/2 (de-clutter)
    4) Minimum of ONE veggie a day - 3/7 (Sa, Su, No veggies - M)

    August WW Meeting (every Monday)
    Attendance 1/4
    WW Weight Loss Summary as of 8/07/17
    Total lost 16.8 lbs
    Avg weekly loss 0.5 lbs

    Happy Saturday! Great progress this week for everyone. If you haven't been great with goals you have made yourself aware. That is a step in the right direction.

    My Sunday is nearly over and I am about to close my diary... so:
