Hi all,

I'm rubbish at these forum things. I am really struggling with my binge eating at the moment (finally admitted it's not just lack of will power).
I know I need support from people who understand but I am rubbish at forums and chat rooms. Does anyone have WhatsApp and want to join me in small group to share successes and struggles?
