Hi, I'm new here. I'm trying to build muscle, but I'm finding it hard to meet my protein requirements. I am allergic to wheat and I generally try to avoid processed foods altogether.
Any suggestions?

I also have a hard time without using some sort of protein shake or fake meat product. I would rather stay away from processed food, too. Would love suggestions
My current recommendations - The best shake I have found is vegan shakeology. The best fake meat I've found (healthiest ingredients for g/f vegan) is the "beyond meat" series for protein.
Otherwise, I stick with the lentils, hemp seeds, nuts, etc that you have already heard of. Would love more suggestions!!0 -
