Lunchtime walk (this time without the extra running to get back in time for a meeting)
Yoga and because it was a gorgeous day and I felt in the mood for it I went for an evening bike ride up the Cinder track, 9 miles in 55 minutes (160m/500ft of climbing).
Calories were thus well under.2 -

I have been a goof not to log in more! I've been following all your wonderful achievements. Life without ice cream in the house is definitely making staying under my calorie count easier!2 -

Was a lazy day most of the day. Slept in till 9:30am. Later had commitments until late.I was thinking I wouldn't get my step goal in. Before I went to bed (close to midnight-- slept in so stayed up late) I walked at a really fast pace until I got my step goal. I ended up with 43 active minutes on my fitbit. Loving the challenge and challenging myself. Hoping I can make this a habit!
