    I like it Chris. This one is easy and effective. I am going to do this every day. Thanks for taking the time to put it up for us. B) Should have seen how I replied to this at first! Got it confused with last weeks workout! :( But am tracking now!

    Really Chris, you had to figure out how many squats? I was pretending it was only 10! Sheesh, ignorance was bliss for me. Was! :s Now all I can think about is 10 more and it will be 100!

    Squats are fun on the TRX, less work on the knees and more on the arms. Jumping jacks are not possible in my world and translate into left-right shuffles with waving arms. High knees are more like low knees. But hey...

    Got them done, but skipped those extra credit ones! :p I am still walking at work most days. But it is getting busier. Darn eclipse chasers. Guess there is even some prince coming. Seeing lots of license plates from other states. People have been renting homes for $2000 on up! It is crazy! Oh, that is per night. So I bought a black light and pair of special glasses, they are yellow. Thought I would see how bad the puppy has been. I started looking everywhere. Puppy was not so bad....but I have a cleaning party scheduled for tomorrow! Yuch!

    I will one day get a TRX you two. They sound fun!

    Shell, I heard the highways are expecting major traffic jams for people looking for the optimal eclipse. We're going to get about 50% - not the same. Hope you can poke your nose outside for a moment when it happens. Let us know if it's nighttime in the middle of the day. :smile:

    I am taking my glasses with me just in case they let us out! I heard a prince is flying in. I am seeing license plates from Florida even. You know 50% is more than most will see. So enjoy your moments in shadow. I just hope all those drivers leave their cell phones OFF.

    We had overcast and thick clouds. Don't know if the darkened sky was due to less sun or more clouds. Oh well. Hope you enjoyed it.

    We had a clear day and our solar sun glasses. It was fun to watch! DH did some tricky thing with a colander about half way through. Sorry you didn't get to see it Paula.
