I've lost 29lbs since Feb.1st.
My goal is to have gone from that starting weight of 238lb to 195lbs. I'm at 208lbs as of today.

    Congrats Larry on your accomplishment so far!! Can we ask what you have been doing to lose the weight you have lost and what you're finding you currently struggle with now to get to your goal?
