What's daily water intake?
Water is a huge part of your weight-loss journey. How else do you expect your body to flush out all the toxins and body fat from your body? Recommended intake is 75%-100% of your body weight. I weight 128 so I need to drink 96-128 oz water a day. Are you meeting your daily goal?

Measurements: I've only lost a lb, but I've lost 2.6% BF, 1.75" from bust, 2.13" from upper waist, 2" from lower waist, and 1" off my thighs, arms, and calfs. :)

Daily Habits for Your Weight Loss
I've lost 29lbs since Feb.1st. My goal is to have gone from that starting weight of 238lb to 195lbs. I'm at 208lbs as of today.
