praying to have a loss this coming week. Usually weigh Sat am but put off until Mon this week. Had 4 sibs and spouses here for local brew fest. Tried to watch food intake, but did enjoy the craft beers. A couple late work nights this week, so will really need to make an effort to get some exercise in. Hoping writing it here will help me take on the accountability to do it! Good luck fellow weekly weigh-inners!4 -

I have been bouncing around the same couple of pounds for the last couple of weeks, my logging, nutrition and exercise has been a little half-hearted. But I have a plan so should be back on the road to my goal weight. Now that I have completed my virtual "Marathon in a Month" I am shifting my focus back to strength training, so expect I might have a little gain or no loss next week, as I will likely be retaining water from the change in my routine and macros, but we shall see.

Bumps and pumps for the first of the month. Is that what they say?!
Off work (first time ever for more than a few hours in many years, ugh!) not feeling grand at all. Drugged up with stemetil at the moment, so feeling a bit more steady and not nearly as nauseous.
