Mini Goal Challenge - Week of Aug 28th to Sept 3rd

No sugar in my tea - 5/7
Exercise - 5/6
5 servings of fruits/veggies 5/71 -
Going to get a salad for lunch today to make sure have veggies 4 times this week. I have fruit daily and working to have veggies every day too. I have come a long way on both.
Goals week of 8/28/17:
1) Five blue dot days on WW -3/5
2) 6000 step goal - 4/4
3) Minimum of ONE veggie a day - 3/4
4) 7 hours sleep – 0/3
5) 10 min housework 2 days - 0/2 (de-clutter)

Progress for this week.....
Logging food - 6/7
Cooking dinner - 0/7
I didn't cook dinner all week disappointing, but there is always next week to go it.

Off the mark today though. I have an upset digestive system so lots and lots of comfort foods and no exercise. I'm posting before the day is officially done, but the writing's on the wall. I am finishing with:
No sugar in my tea - 6/7 (needed my small comforts today)
Exercise - 6/6 (I had originally planned for yesterday to be a rest day but ended up pushing hard, so it's fine that today is restful)
5 servings of fruits/veggies 6/7 - (I got 4 servings in today though, so not a big miss. I could score this as a 6.8/7 if I were feeling generous).
All in all a reasonably good week for me, and this mini challenge was definitely helpful. See you all next week.

I was down 3.8 pounds this week at my WW weigh in. I believe some of that was from previous week since I was up .4 last week and it should have been a loss. Even though I did not have that many days in the healthy zone, my unhealthy days were not awful and I was getting in more veggies too. Yesterday never got that salad! lol but going to get it today for sure.
I got in over 20 min of house work done yesterday too.....yay!!!
