3 yesses again today.
Had to take my daughter in to school early this morning as her football (soccer) team are going to an inter-school tournament for the week and they had a six hour drive to get there. Put my workout gear on to take her as I was planning to do a 10k run when I got home but it was so wet I went with 30 minutes rowing and 30 minutes stationary bike.
I need to be doing longer workouts and some lower body strength as I have my first fun run in 4 weeks and have signed up for the 11k distance. I have walked these events before but never run one. My daughter has agreed to do it with me and my husband is talking about it too although I'm trying to persuade him to go for a shorter distance as he isn't a regular exercise and hasn't run for years. I'm glad he's starting to exercise though so I don't want to discourage him.7 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Good day. Morning 5km walk was just a shade under 38 mins (yay).
Great lunch with family for fathers day. (Thank you @am_change. For me fathers day is all about time with family). Desert of home made pavlova and home made vanilla ice cream.
Also helped my daughter finish a project for maths today (a 1 minute timer). We made a 1 minute timer using electric components. Got to teach her about resisters, capacitors and transistors (and the math that makes it all work).
Need to do a strength work out tonight. My schedule recently has made finding the required 20-30 mins difficult (usually do it before bed, but when you are getting to bed round 1:00am, it leave little time).
@aeshippers. Hope you had a great anniversary.
@carlsoda. Kittens are awesome. Only problem is they grow up too fast. Older cats are also amazing.
@Anya_000. You can do this. UAC sets you up with the right habits. Bit of work to start with, but it does get easier.
@cardio_enthusiast. For consistent, safe, maintainable weight loss, you are in the right place. UAC will help develop the habits to not only get you there, but keep you there.

Earlier today was quite stressful. Had a new fridge delivered today, only to find out it's damaged - it still works but it looks like it's been stopped at some point from quite a height as the bottom corner is all smashed in.
Rung the company to request a replacement, but no deliveries until late next week. Already been without a fridge for 3 days while I waited for this one to arrive, so told them I'd take a refund and shop elsewhere.
Still can't get one until mid week, so I'm using the damaged one until they pick it up and hopefully the new one I've ordered will be here by then, so fingers crossed there.
Went for another bike ride today, only a short one with my daughter. Then took the woofies a walk for a hour. Couldn't go far as I had a 3 hour window waiting on that delivery, but at least I got out for a little while.

@marthall that was serious camping. Sounds more like pioneering!!!
@cardio_enthusiast very impressive history and commitment to fitness. Have to admit at 5'2 I just can't relate to gracefully wearing any extra pounds
@am_change welcome back from holiday. You will get in your new routine soon!

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Today I saw my neice performing at a festival in Downtown Memphis. Her name is Bailey Bigger, she's 17 and a folk / country singer (not my jam but we support her whenever we can). We had Gus's Fried Chicken for tea and it's a long time since I've had any kind of fried food. It was good, but I could leave it next time we're here, my taste buds are a changing!7 -

This was a perfect weather early fall day at the farm.
This afternoon, I did active horseback riding for 52 minutes and horse related farm activities for another 60 minutes. I define an active horseback ride as one in which I spend the majority of the time posting at the trot and/or the canter.
Calories: nice margin under the limit
Tracking: ok
@am_change, I agree with you about @2020pinktogo. When I became the new leader of this group, there was one month when my only consistent participant was @2020pinktogo She usually checked in first every morning. That will not happen anymore since @craigo3154 and @aeshippers and those of you in the British Isles have a multi-timezone head start on us here is the States.

September 2 pass day #1
. It was our anniversary. I promised my husband I wouldn't do any counting today. Didn't do too bad eating. I choose well for dinner. Really wanted the Halibut on lobster bisque at the resturant I restrained myself and ordered the salad. My husband had the Halibut and gave me some of his. Was delicious but very rich. I'm finding I'm just as happy with just a little bit of things I really love. Ended up getting a lot if walking in though. I walked the halls at the hotel and the stairs. I also walked and shopped at Ikea. Was happy about that. The walking but especially the shopping. Lol

Had a good day today. Very hot here today though. We live very close to the water and this was the first day this summer I was uncomfortably warm. Our house usually stays quite cool and there is always somewhere to sit in the yard where we can find shade but today even the shade was uncomfortable....lol

Pass day 1
The walk on Sat has proven too much for my back ... forcing me into sitting position for the whole of Sunday ...
perhaps now I will learn my lesson "light exercise only"
I managed a sleep last night with the help of a heat pack and a hot bath just before bed, although I have been up since 5am ... its now 8am and I'm feeling tired already, I am hoping to grab a few hours of sleep once everyone is off to work / school3 -
3rd Sept. Yes x3
A lazy morning in camp so only 20 mins more pioneering (Thanks @120Maggie), lots of moving about packing up camp, and unpacking once home. 30 min brisk walk down to beach and back in the evening. Moved less but ate less and hit my targets. Tired but struggled to get to sleep, got up a couple of times without really doing anything and going back to bed.
@hil331115 "not the greatest start to Sept.", Agreed, but you can still make progress from today.
@am_change You can find a way to cope with being back at school.
@Slimpossible007 I hope you find a way past your back issues.5 -

Sept. 3
Happy to check in with Yes x 3.
I tried a little Zumba again for the first time in what feels like forever! Of course I took it super slow, but even so I had a hard time walking afterward. But I figure most of my health problems are weight related, so I am willing to give a little in order to gain (lose?) a lot!
All of a sudden, I had a new (for me) thought and decided an attitude adjustment is in order. Below is my new & simple motto:
FOCUS ON WHAT I CAN DO
NOT ON WHAT I CAN'T!
