Not sure when I found the time, but I added 2.25 miles yesterday. Now it's off to a final run through for a training session and to make more training videos. (Who ever thought I would be making training videos?)

Good to hear your legs are feeling better and that you are back with us, @AMAZINGMUMMY!
@TAXMOM9093 - Sorry you have been having a trying time, but glad to hear you are still kicking and breathing. My body is also fiercely resisting my attempts at arising from the brutal grip of the gravitational pull of the couch to much screaming and crying as well, but I'm not giving in....I just can't. The aches and pains of inactivity are FAR worse than the pains of activity.
Good to see you back too, @PDFRAZIER08! I hope you're doing ok as well! :flowerforyou: Also I didn’t know what you wanted for your monthly goal, so I guessed at 40. Just let me know if you’d like to change it up or down.
So much loss and heartache going on with the storms and wildfires around the country and more on the way. My heart goes out to all of you and yours affected.

Thank you! Glad to be back. 40 for the month sounds good. Thank you!1

After what I did yesterday my heel was SCREAMING at me today. I just can't get this to clear up. I read where it can be a pest for up to a YEAR!!!
Again no miles added. Walking/running is BAD but even riding a bike irritates it & cause severe inflammation afterwards.0 -
@Just_Ceci : Awesome mileage.
@vhuber: I am sorry to hear you continue to suffer.
Aug. 6: Adding 12.5 miles of walking 8 miles and running 4.5 miles
TTD: 76.5 miles
A baby shower for one of my team mates today and my last curriculum night. All these last times. So many more to come.

@VHUBER - I'm so sorry you're still fighting with your heel pain! It sounds like it's really being stubborn! My girlfriend has been having the same issue for almost as long. In addition to the ice, stretching and rolling you're doing, try some Arnicare gel too. That has been giving her some relief. You can find it at Target, Walmart or any of the major drugstores. I use it on a lot of random aches and pains all over and it works most of the time.
#SUFFERLANDRIAN - Sorry you can't get out on the bike, Dean! I hope you're not in the path of danger...are you? Are you able to ride your stationary bike? Is the indoor air any better?
@JUST_CECI - Hope your husband heals quickly! Staying off of it will be key. That's tough to do though...until it barks back at him for doing too much.
@CLEPANT - Bless you for the work you've done with the children all of these years! :flowerforyou:
A "handy" food portion guide...
I wish I knew how to resize these pics so they wouldn't be so HUGE!!

I had to take yesterday off due respiratory issues due to fire smoke/ash. We may be getting rain here in a hour or so, but lightning is coming with it.
Goal: 250.0 miles
09/01 - 23.0 miles cycling (a beautiful morning, I like riding in the now pre-dawn)
09/02 - 24.0 miles cycling (a beautiful morning, kinda went a tad too far, forearm hurting new)
09/03 - 23.0 miles cycling (a blood red sun kind of ride at least ir was cooler)
09/04 - 01.0 miles rest day walk
09/05 - 23.0 miles cycling (school has started so I've lost 5 miles of my riding route, getting creative now)
09/06 - 02.0 miles walk (to smokey to ride, took a walk, but the filter i had on didn't work well)
09/07 - 23.0 miles cycling (hot, humid, smoke/ash combo. We may be getting rain today, but lightning too))
Total: 119.0 miles
Here is a pic of the Rock Creek Complex, this pic taken from the Washington St side of the Columbia River. As the crow flies we are around 30 miles or so down in the valley from this one. This fire is dumping tons of smoke & ash into the Willamette Valley. The town in the pic is Cascade Locks. The power of nature
