Last month, @craigo3154 proposed an enhanced UAC system of weekly awards while maintaining the end of the month, Winner's Circle.
We agreed that he would articulate the the enhanced awards and we would begin our experiment in the second week of September. From our point of view (Craig and Rick), we have nothing to lose, since the primary award is being maintained. We hope that the weekly award will provide more incentive to help you stick with the program and improve the overall success rate.

Honestly, I planned on a pass day since this is my pre-spartan race day and wasn't trying to meet my calorie goal, but I some stayed 6 Kcals under. Lucky me.

Surprised to see I met the calorie restriction. I've been as busy as a one-armed paper-hanger so I guess I didn't have time to overeat!3 -
@SimonsChange Absolutely awesome!!
@pcotter54 I love busy days when I don't think about food!

Yes x3. Went to the pool with the family for an hour and a half. The kids are so active in the water, no sitting on the sidelines for me! I had a blast but was exhausted by the end.
Way to go @SimonsChange!3 -
I've been very distracted and involved in the marriage of my 38 year old daughter, Diana. She has two children from a prior marriage. All has been well, including my calories.
Calories: way below my limit. Frankly, by avoiding gluten my food calories are way too low. My red wine calories are abnormally very high. Combination is well below my limit.
Exercise: walking and dancing
Tracking: ok4 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 7 Km in 60 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Did not post last night as busy with other things (zen and the art of soldering wires on a PCB that I can only see with a magnifying glass ).
Longer than my usual walk, but 2 stops to take stones out of shoes. (probably about 3 mins slower than it should have been).
Unfortunately, could not coax wife out of house to walk today despite nice weather. Maybe tomorrow.
@RangerRickL. I found that when you cut out bread products (a main source of gluten), the calorie count goes down dramatically. I find I need to eat more to make daily budget. After doing this for months, I find I do not miss bread at all (but it is a hassle to avoid as it seems to be everywhere).

-
@SimonsChange, congratulations and good luck!
@fitastic2day, good work!
Yes x 3
Three hours of tango the salsa last night, I'm crawling around in the house this morning in exhaustion, but worth it.
I'm back to no alcohol after my pass day. It's amazing how much more you can eat, when you don't drink beer or wine, anyhow, that's working out.5 -
Finally got a good climb in. 13 mile bike ride ain't nothing to brag about but 2,000 feet of climbing ain't couch potato. I think my climbing heart rate might have been 71% HRmax or so. Not too ambitious but kind of alright. I ain't gonna run big heart rates like I used to. Me capitulating to age.
Yard work over the past few days wasn't too slouchy. 650 squares of sod. 90 rolls I think 40 pounds. That is a couple of tons. You do the math. I am worn out. I think I will water it. That part is easy.
Planting sod is a personal record for me.
yes,yes,yes ... I am kind of losing track of my days and the month is young yet.

3rd Pass Day
Out of the winners circle, boohoo!0 -
yes x3
success or pass was a grey line today. Exercise included an hour of housework and then 4 hours walking round staithes art festival involving lots of slow walking (with my elderly parents) and standing around. Estimating calories for this was tricky.
Then my mother cooked and estimating portion size and ingredients was tricky, two slices of quiche cost me, but I had the foresight to avoid desert.
My best and most honest estimate put be bang on target, net -400 Calories for the day, but the error could have been large.
@SimonsChange Well done on passing, and good look with the training.
@trixsey1 "Beat my PB by 2 mins!" Way to go.
