Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

    Earlier night tonight (Yay!).

    Weekend only one day away.

Surprised my daughter tonight. While playing around she hugged me tight, so I hugged her tight back (but not too tight). She asked how strong I was in comparison to her? So I grabbed the nearest door frame and did a chin-up with my fingertips. Then held her off the floor for 5 minutes with little difficulty. Nice to be in shape. :)

Weight seems to be keeping stable now round 68.5kg.

Entered a quad copter race on Saturday. Will be interesting. Expecting to come last (if I finish at all.) :)

Week 1 of Silver Circle starts tomorrow (15th to 21st). Y'all just keep doing what you've been doing. :)

Exercise: yes, I did a very brisk walk for >2 hours. Indeed. There were a few hills and I hadn't planned on being gone for over 2 hours, so It left me a whopping 10 minutes to get ready for work, this morning:). LOL! I'm definitely not high maintenance when it comes to getting ready for work...and that's a good thing:)

I adjusted my weight/ demographics on my heart rate monitor watch, since I've lost a few pounds. Typically, I make my weight 10 lbs less than it actually is, for better accuracy with my workout energy expenditure. Consequently, since I've lost weight, I have to work harder and longer to get the high calorie burn. Sigh...I get a bit of a rush from high intensity workouts and their resultant calorie burn.

I'm choosing to look at the positivity in having lost weight:-)

Calories: I was well under today's goal. We all definitely have our unique ways/patterns in how our consumption is affected by stress. Stress causes me to lose my appetite; so since I had some stressful news, today, I had to make an extra effort for an adequate food intake.

Tracking: was great. Tracked it all.

Overall, my day started off great. A wee bit of poopy news, this afternoon, but I managed to shake it off and end the day on a positive note.

Thank you UAC peeps. Goodnight, all!

Sorry, didn't get round to posting last night.

Workout included a 3K jog, and 30mins on the elliptical.
Usual walk with dogs in the afternoon but only got in 75mins as I was visiting a friend later in the day.

@craigo3154 - Great to hear you've seem to have found the right balance to maintain your weight now. Good look with the quad copter race on Saturday. Should be fun!

Oh dear, where to start... I shall just say it all went 'Pete Tong'*. Comfort eating blew a 5000 Cal hole in my progress in 48 hours and I tracked it every inglorious moment.

Getting back on track today (which is a big plus over previous behaviour) but my confidence is knocked and it's going to take a couple of weeks to regain the lost ground.

@trixsey1 I hope your brother recovers fully.
@anya_000 I agree with your comments, if I can stay uninjured and keep progressing I will be happy. I've waiting a long time to do this weight lifting thing, so I'm in no rush.

Salsa/Merengue dancing for fun and socializing, it's great that it's happens to count as exercise. Now that I'm not drinking, it's easy to stay below my calorie ceiling.

Gotta take a pass today. I blame my husband, who produced delicious Korean pork belly and octopus for dinner! Got plenty of exercise, though, so that's good.

@craigo3154 good job on the demonstration to your daughter on your fitness. Sure she was surprised you were able too hold her up for 5 minutes.
@cardio_enthusiast a two hour brisk walk is great but before work. My hat's off to you.
@marthall wow sorry about your "Pete Tong" day. No worries you will be back to your old self soon. Admitting it and picking yourself up is not easy. However as you said "getting back on track today" is an improvement from your former behavior. Celebrate that!!! Looking forward to seeing you in the winners circle this month with me. That's right I plan on being there 2 for 2.
BTW I always appreciate how you encourage others.
