What is a good online macro calculator for Keto's?

    There's all kinds of helpful links on the Launch Pad at the top of the LCHF Threads. You might want to cruise thru that for the answers to the most common keto/lchf questions like the calculator one. Especially if you are new to this WOE or even for a reminder tune-up if you've been LC for a while. Welcome btw!

    I recommend ketogains macro calculator
    I think it's the best one because it's more likely to give you adequate protein as a minimum goal. Just remember whichever you use that protein is a minimum goal, where carbs and fat are maximums.
