    I think I can do most of them with band variations at work! :drinker:. Going to give it a try! Yes Chris they are good for us!

    OOO, arms again. I'm definitely going to have to do this.

    Saturday, I walked in a benefit to fight the disease of obesity. Three laps of the course (a beautiful trail through a park) was 1.5 miles. My friends & I walked 4 laps before the ceremony was over and then went back and walked 2 more. So three miles. It felt good. (Now to kick the shinsplints.)

    Doing kettlebells on the daily right now. I have 8 different exercises with a 15 lb. kettlebell, run through the 8 x 10 reps x 2 sets. May try to increase to 3 sets this week.

    My inner thighs are sore today. I am not telling Square I am sore. Nope, staying tough!

    Managed to get them mostly done. Weights would be better for some though. B)

    Paula leg splints are the worst. Hope you heal quickly and ice them.

    Met w/our trainer this morning for a 60 min strength workout. I'll get this done tomorrow. Took R&B to a different park this morning. Ronan wanted to step off the top of a six foot high climbing rock. I wouldn't let him. Explained that he could do it when he was much older and I wasn't watching. the park had a kid swing and he loved it. Our park and No Name Park don't have swings. I don't understand that since our park is across the street form an elementary school. Crazy!
