September goals

If I don't plan my meals and track on MFP I end up bingeing - if I don't see results on the scale I wind up bingeing - so stuck in this cycle! For September I won't weigh myself - I will track every day - stick to 1750 calories planing treats into this - and hopefully I will break the cycle this month!!

@Nevadaden so far so good! I have planned my meals out for the week! I have been staying within my calorie goal set - I have also been working out! I just need to remain consistent!1
