Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Good day exercise wise for me (faster than yesterday).
Wife away at most of the day (agricultural show - she does wool spinning). Combine that with work and other duties, not much time left.
(sorry for short post - need sleep).

I will take my second pass day. Yikes, the day started off on the wrong foot. I woke up at 7:15am and I thought that I worked at 10am, but in fact it was a 9am start.
Dang...then I rushed through a 30 minute workout.
Then I had to make and eat breakfast.
Then rushed to get ready for work and FORGOT to take 1/2 my lunch with me.
Then I was STARVING at work, after 4pm.
Then I got home at 8pm and ATE A LOT OF FOOD
Then discovered that I'd somehow LOST MY WALLET
But, I got a good night's sleep and today is a new day that's offering me a fresh start. I'll take it!5 -
I'm in the winner's circle so far. I've used two pass days. I had a big certification exam yesterday. I passed, but I'm so worn out and don't want to work today, so I'm getting by on little motivation. I worked so hard studying then had a crazy work day. I wish I could sleep, but today is another long one. I'm sorry, I'm whining.4

Pass day today. Was an angel all day until dinner. It was delicious but put me way over the mark.

early morning workout and then cycling right after work. Have to leave from my office to get enough daylight in. This might have been one of the last nights. Tracked and under calories even though I ate two dinners. Had to fuel a bit before I rode then afterwards.2 -
@120maggie, sadly, I think that the wallet is long gone. Luckily I had my driver's license in a different location. Yep, just lost some cash and cards, but it'll be okay:).

I'm joining @fitastic2day and @cardio_enthusiast as I chose to go with the flow today. The flow was eating along with the two visiting attorneys and taking them out to dinner after a very full day's work. I'm the host.
This is Pass Day #2 for me.2 -
So far in the winner's circle and planning on finishing strong.
Execise: 40 min bike ride plus 10000 steps.
Calories: Yes, best I've done for days.
Track everything: Yes.1 -
Lots of exercise today: 7.5 miles walked and 20 minutes yoga. The rest wasn't so good. New day tomorrow! And I am finally feeling better, what a long ordeal but that should be it for the rest of winter ... right?!!1

I allowed the number on the scale to discourage me yesterday and went off the rails with evening snacking - if my weight is going to go up while I'm in a deficit, I might as well enjoy some food! Back on track today and have a better mindset. Im only a few pounds from where I'd ideally like to be and I think this is just my body's comfort zone so it likes hanging around this weight.
Got in a 2km walk and 35 minutes of strength training.1 -

Sorry, didn't get chance to post last night.
3x yes - 5 mile walk with the woofies and a bike ride in the evening. Logged and tracked. Had to dip into exercise calories but was under by a margin.
