    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Y (goal is between 1200 -1500, was at 1307)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Y (even my prescriptions/vitamins. I also drank 10 -8oz of water)

    Yes x 3, i did heavy lifting, then a couple of dog walks for exercise
    My goals this month are to make the winners circle, keep alcohol to 1 day a week, and lose 1-2 lbs

    Late check in as I couldn't get this page to load last night. I took the last few days of September off tracking and checking in. It was good mentally but I missed it! Back at it for October. Yes x3. 25 minutes of yoga.

    Exercise: Yes - 3 hours of hiking, we have a big national park near my house and I hike there all the time.

    I got October off on the right foot.
    Went out for my 2000 climb.
    Unremarkable other than a motorcycle went by me on the way up.
    He went by me again on the way down.
    He gave me this sign of a fist in the air. I think that is a good thing.
