I'm not hungry/craving today. I keep my calories at at least 1500-1700 90g protein 49carbs 32net (Salads nuts beans) the rest fat. I drink alot of water. Eat alot of sodium but I feel so rundown and tired today. I just want to rest and sleep today. Any advice how to kick this draggy feeling?

I eat a lot of salt and it never makes me feel sick - unless I have recently had a dairy product, like milk or cream cheese. Otherwise, I crunch it almost like peanuts...!

Besides the electrolytes being out of whack, are you getting enough sleep at night and are you active? I know if I don't get good sleep my days can kind of drag. Also allergy season is in full swing where I live and that has made me feel under the weather as well. I don't know of your activity level but sometimes a walk with some fresh air or light exercise might help. Last week my allergies were killing my sinuses so I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted to but I still tried to walk everyday and that seemed to help. I know it seems counter intuitive to exercise when your tired but sometimes it wakes you up and then helps you get a really good sleep. Eventually you will find a good balance and things will feel better than they were before.

How does your definition of "a lot" compare to what is recommended?

Thanks for the reminder! I forgot about the magnesium. I have Calm packets around and I just took one. And an avocado for good measure.

Also, your body is working hard and it's good to listen to what it's telling you. Maybe go to bed a bit early for a few nights to get some extra rest (if possible)!

Aside from the good advice above, could you be fight off something? Maybe you were exposed to something and didn't realize it, or even a little extra stress can make you pretty tired.

Just wanted to check in and say I am doing fine now that I added the magnesium. Been eating extra avocados for Potassium but will pick up some powder soon. Thanks!!

Glad the supplemention worked out well for you. Magnesium citrate has become a regular thing for me. Everything is better in my world with Mag.
