OMAD for 13 weeks (A.K.A. end of 2017): A love story. Also, beer.

Hello! Long story short, I was hot, and not I'm not hot. I was super depressed, starting working around/with food, and generally gave up my Hyper Dieting ways for a year-- I gained about 20 pounds in a year and a half, which is only bad considering I'm 5'0". I'm ready to feel badass again-- I just moved cities and want to kickass when I visit.
I used to eat 1 meal a day and it was super effective, and my mother does it and stays really thin so this seems like the ideal path for me! I figure with OMAD and beer (that's literally the only thing I'm allowed to have besides OMAD), I will average about 800 - 1000 calories, lose about 1.5 - 2 pounds a week, and be at my favorite weight by the end of December!
I'm starting at 127 (!), and am a data nerd so you will see Excel sheets and things. Godspeed y'all.
