Hi guys, this is my first week, I have just lost what I put on after falling off the wagon .. I am so pleased to have found this group it will help with accountability :-) Please bare with my conversions, Kiwi here, I have little knowlege of the Imperial system so I double up metric/imperial so I can see what Im talking about. Enjoy your day :-)

Don't worry there are a few of us working in metric. I convert everything to pounds in the progress reports because the majority seem to be working in it. It's almost 2lbs to a kilo.1 -
Continued bouncing around just under maintenance, been craving a lot of sweet and carby stuff as not feeling well. Nothing major just a bit of a cold. Considering upping my calories a bit when I get my Garmin tracker back as I haven't adjusted my rate of loss and I am over half way now.
I dropped 5lbs on Monday and then bounced up and down all week again with carby days, so I am fairly content that I am holding onto a bit of water, the weekend should help as I am away for a couple of days and won't be just mindlessly giving into the cravings as will be driving and walking which will keep me distracted.

Weighed myself this morning, 181.8 so either I lost some this week or my first weight wss inaccurate. Last week it was 184 I think? That seems like too much lost.2
