Yes - 21 day fix cardio fix and then playing outside with my 8 year old for over an hour (tag, hide n go seek, taking a walk, seeing who can pogo stick the longest (hint - it's her), etc.

Yes! I was very active yesterday. I cleaned for hours and hours. We are getting our home ready to sell! I also did my bike for 20 minutes because I wasn’t sure if I needed to do formal exercise or if the cleaning counted for this challenge.
