Your all invited to friend me so we can do this Atkins thing together! I've been on Atkins before and lost 125 in 6 months. I kept it off for 24 years! Then life happened hard, and I gained 100lbs in 2 years! Well, life is better now and I started on Atkins January 1st. I've lost 50 lbs since then and still dropping. Maybe not as fast as when I was 27 but it's still coming off. This diet works, I'm living proof! So friend me so we can be there to support each other during our journey!

    Atkins as a WOE works same like always. But be aware that the Atkins company since Dr. Atkins passed away is heavily invested in getting you to buy their processed foods. They're okay in a pinch, only in a pinch.

    You have to click their name again in blue under their pic (on that pop-up) to go to their profile. *epic-eyeroll* They should have a button on the pop-up but they don't.
