Hey everyone,
I’m new to eating keto and am still learning so much. This morning when i entered my breakfast the calorie count was very high. Do you guys calorie count?

I don't think your supposed to need to, so long as you stay within your fat/protein/carb limits1

I don't think so, I only count Carbs, I try to keep it between 20 to 25 carbs a day. I've only started 3 weeks ago but so far it's working for me.2

It's a habit so I do factor in calories to a certain degree (I am mindful). Though I am doing average of 80% fat 15% protein 5% carb and I have been satisfied well before my calorie limit. I eat in a small window of time, and do not have cravings or hunger pangs so far.0
