Shoulder hurts this morning. :/ Getting my pills refilled over the weekend was a holy mess! I swear if it could go wrong...it did. Finally got them yesterday evening...a good thing because I was out of medicine! I guess the holiday didn't help either.

Met w/our trainer yesterday. I had a really good workout. Hoping to see her again tomorrow. Depends on DH and how he's feeling. He'll have the baby to himself for that time but he has some vertigo going on. We'll see.

Have a good day everyone! Love you all!! <3<3

Chris I hope I hate vertigo. Hope he feels better soon. I love that you still see your trainer even after the wedding. :)

Shelley, he had it for three or four days but he was a champion...we walked three of those days. He has to be careful of what he eats. Sodium seems to be the nasty one for him. I've only had it a few times and hated every minute.

I love our trainer. She is great! She researches everything. She helped me with my knee and back issues. Now we are working on the shoulder/neck thing. I met with her this morning. So glad I did. I'm such a slug without her. We;ll see her tomorrow for some yoga and then Saturday for more yoga.

I have been really good food-wise and now have a b'day party for a three year old on Saturday. It's DDD's best friend's son. **sigh** one of those good cooks, ya know? I'll eat before we go.

Hope everyone is having a good week.

Hmmm, food triggers vertigo? Must look into that. I can tell you have been good. Birthday parties are awful. :D

I was down a little, but there was cake at the classic car club meeting tonight. One small piece.

Something about the sodium messing with his inner ear/balance. Caffeine could also be one of his triggers. He's been very careful about his sodium intake, but one day didn't track it and had coffee and a lot of chocolate. This one was strange in that it lasted four days. He's never had one like that before.

DDD is off today due to all the smoke in the air from all our fires so we get to walk this morning. So far it's pretty clear outside (6:00 a.m.). Should be okay. Last night was pretty hazy everywhere. We'll get the boys later this morning, so she can shower and get some chores done.

Again, I only was able to do it once this week. I did get in some step this morning with Sanara. Then it was cake. Yep granddaughter Kaeldra turned 12. She was up before 0700 so she could be 11 for an hour longer before she turned 12. I never thought about that at her age. Very cute. Yesterday I did lots of running around. Took us around 3 hours to drive out to the power plant and various places to pick up all Rocky's gear. He still has difficulty driving that far. Then to the mall to pick up a couple of Christopher and Banks sweater ornaments. Then to Home Depot to see if they had some led outdoor ornaments for Christmas. Found 4 small ones. Felt like I accomplished a few things. Cleaned off the patio and put 10 chairs into storage above the garage. Also did water changes on 3 tanks. Fish are all doing good.

Chris I will start watching my sodium and caffeine to see if that might be true with me also. Vertigo is awful. :s I was wondering if you were getting any smoke from the fires. Lots of tragedies this year. :'(:'(:'(

I thought about the hour my kids were born...both during the day... "In ten minutes, she will officially be 10 years old." Your day was pretty busy, Shelley. We had Ronan and Bean for a couple of hours then I read and did pretty much NOTHING!!! A good Sunday, it was. DDD took today off, so did SIL. We'll all get together later this morning.

Let me know how you do watching the caffeine and sodium, Shelley. DH's diet has really changed. Smoke is getting much better. Not so hazy. We can see the mountain again!!!

LOL, I can see you counting the minutes until their births. I will have to look at the birth certificates. I know, how can I not know.....no attention to detail. :(

And already messed up. Caffeine and sodium both. Argh..
