Getting back to running!

I am getting back to running it has been several years however, it is time to enjoy that fresh morning jog. I am setting a goal for 40 miles. It seems small but to me it can make a huge difference in my day.

Good luck!! I am just getting back into running myself. I ran cross-country in highschool but since graduation I've only been running off and on. Time to get some consistency back!0

Holy!! 40 miles for your first week back is incredible! Just be careful not to do too much too soon to avoid an overuse injury.0
