I haven't started my keto diet yet, I'll be starting after my cleanse. But I plan to make keto brownies once I get settled into the lifesryle change for a week or two. I found an awesome recipe earlier on pinterest, I think? Anyways, I'll let you know how they are!1

My personal favorite is my modified stroganoff:
2lbs 73% ground beef
4oz cream cheese
About 4 dollops of sour cream (full fat of course)
Garlic Salt to taste.
Can serve stuffed in a tomato or green pepper... or just as it is.10 -

1¼ cups almond flour
5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1¼ cups boiling water
3 egg whites
sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the vinegar, boiling water, and egg whites to the bowl. Whisk the dough with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Don’t overmix it. (You want the consistency to resemble Play-Doh.)
With moistened hands, form the dough into 4 or 8 pieces of bread.
Bake on lower rack in oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread. They’re done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun.3 -
Cheesecake Mousse - so yummy to satisfy the sweet tooth!
8oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
sweetener to taste
3 tsp vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla until well blended. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and beat until light and fluffy. Best if you refrigerate for a bit, but I don't always wait to devour some!
I also sometimes put a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top for a hint of chocolate!

I have to agree, Fat Head Pizza makes me feel like I'm not watching my weight. Also tried "fried rice" the other day using cauliflower rice and it was delish. Got the recipe from Pinterest.0

Loaded cauliflower! Steam cauliflower, smash slightly, load with sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits. Soooo good.0
